Q: What are your hours?
A: Curbside pickup 12 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday, 11 am - 1 pm Saturday, Closed Sunday

Q: How do I place an order?
A: The easiest way is to place your order online - add your selections to your cart and follow the prompts to place your order for delivery or curbside pickup.

Q: Do you do weddings?
A: Yes! We have two services to choose from - our smoky mountain elopement collection and custom weddings and events. Our elopement menu has a curated selection of items for you to choose from. This option has no minimums! Our full service option is for those who are looking for a comprehensive design proposal - including ceremony design, installation work and custom arrangements.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Absolutely! We offer daily deliveries allllmost anywhere in Sevier county Monday-Saturday. Simply place your order online, if you need assistance placing your order please email rootsgatlinburg@gmail.com

Q: Do you offer same day deliveries?
A: 
 Yes, all orders must be placed by noon..

Q: How can I cancel or modify my order?
A: To cancel a scheduled flower order send an email to rootsgatlinburg@gmail.com. 

Q: Can I make special requests?
A: Roots Gatlinburg flower arrangements are all one of a kind! Each one is subject to flower availability and seasonality. While we can take requests for certain color palettes we reserve the right to substitute as needed. That means we cannot guarantee any specific flowers or colors.

Q: Where do you get your flowers?
A: We work with a handful of local wholesalers and importers as well as a selection of local flower farms.
